You'll receive your on-boarding survey, nutritional guidelines, alcohol protocol and cheat day strategies, along with my personal Telegram account and coaching email address.
After completing the on-boarding survey and I set everything up for you, you’ll have received clear instructions on what to do, what to eat and how to train according to your goals and available equipment.
Your first official day starts only when I’ve planned everything for you (typically within 12-24 hours).

While there are certain principles that apply to every human being, your daily routine and personal life differs dramatically to that of other people so it's always taken into consideration when designing your program. There's no point in creating something that can't fit and won't work with your lifestyle or with the equipment you have at your disposal.
Similarly, your nutrient needs will be extremely different depending on your starting point, goals and gut health.
